Progress in the Rabbi Miri Gold Case

Israel’s High Court of Justice gave the state a four-month extension to negotiate with the Israeli Progressive movement on the parameters of funding for non-Orthodox Jewish services. The move came during a hearing on June 17 as part of a suit to force the Ministry of Religious Services to pay the salary of Rabbi Miri Gold and other movement rabbis.
